This section is an open forum. Any and all Aruba Home Owners and the general public can see this section of the forum. Anyone who Registers with a verified email address can also post and reply to topics.
If you are an owner at Gold Coast and are a Member of the HOA (closed at Notary or taken possession of your unit) then you should contact the ForumMaster (click on the name and it will take you to the profile where you can send an email) to gain access to the hidden Owners Only sections of this forum. Once your HOA status has been verified we will open the access to the hidden section of the forums.
New Registered Members of the forum are not allowed to send any email to other Members until they have made several posts within the forums. This is a security measure that was put in place to stop spammers from sending unwanted email to members with a fake forum registration. However all email will be delivered to the ForumMaster.

HELLO FELLOW HOMEOWNERS, JUST WANTED TO PASS ON SOME INFORMATION. Sometimes we have friends and contact's looking to invest on Aruba but are looking for more private residents, homes in the county side or smaller budgets to start. I have some friends that are wanting to move on or buy larger homes. If this is fact please feel free to contact me and i think there is a budget for all to enjoy our island. great prices for squre foot.

My wife Margaret and I are looking forward to completion of our townhouse in Gold Coast in the next couple of months. We are unit T8-5 in Phase 2. Hope to meet you all eventually.

Jane and I will be down from Jan 21st to Feb 7th. We are looking forward to a bit more vacation this time with less time spent working on the new place. Either way it will be a lot less snow shoveling.
