We are in the process of buying a new town house and would like to get some feedback on the Gold Coast community in general. Any issues with the construction of the homes or the maintance of common areas or the pool?

| Construction has improved. You need to be specific and on top of it. The common areas are very nice and well taken care of. The friendships you develop are priceless. |

Construction is good. Well built. Any issues since taking delivery have been attended to, none of which were major. As stated by Sali and Rich it pays to be diligent and communicate with them often. The folks that have purchased in Gold Coast to date are great. The property manager is pleasant and tries very hard to accommodate.

Todd and Terri,
Welcome to the neighborhood! I have had my unit for a couple years now and have not had any major construction issues. The few little items after delivery were addressed via Mr. Ed (the property manager, not the horse:)). We, too, like all the people in the commmunity and have made many new friends.
