I have heard from several sources that the government has plans to install another wind park like Vader Piet but this one will be off the coast behind Tierra del Sol (TDS). The horizon view may be polluted from the "Mesa Vista" area and possibly from some of the homes in Gold Coast that face TDS.
I don't understand why they just don't put another ten windmills up in Vader Piet where there is already a windpark. Seems strange to pollute more of the coastline when no one really overlooks Vader Piet and there is plenty of space for them there.
I understand there may already be a legal case underway to stop them from being built there.
